DVM Housing Partners is offering affordable commercial spaces on Blue Hill Ave Boston through a new initiative called “Blume on the Ave”. This project is designed to create affordable commercial ownership opportunities for local entrepreneurs, with a focus on supporting businesses owned by entrepreneurs of color, promoting arts and culture, and fostering community engagement. Eligible businesses will align with community-driven goals, offering spaces that inspire creativity, connection, and collaboration. Applications are open NOW through February 14, 2025.

The LISC Digital Growth Accelerator is a multi-week, post-pandemic boost for businesses. The accelerator program leverages consulting teams and digital tools to empower underserved businesses to strengthen their core business and grow their capacity. It starts January 28 and you must apply by January 23.

CDI and CFNE are offering their Participatory Management training program for small business owners and managers this winter/spring, starting January 27th. Strengthening participatory management skills can improve employee engagement, hiring and retention, and efficiency and profitability. This program is free to eligible participants.

“WomensNet funds several grants for women-owned businesses throughout the year. Fill out one application and you will be eligible for the monthly $10,000 general business grant, the monthly business category grant, or the annual $25,000 grant.”
